The payment gateway is an ideal way to accept online transactions for the sale of your subscriptions, bundles, mobile, digital and physical products. It collects payments by inserting an MPP webpage into your checkout process. This page can be branded to your look and feel and saves you from having to build the page for yourself, installing SSL certificates and means you can be selling your digital content and physical products in minutes. With iPayment, MPP's clients are able to sell their digital content and/or physical products and accept multiple payment options, for any value of transaction.

The web pages that make up the hosted payment gateway also include an optional Account Management area. This section can allow your customers to login and manage their account outside of the payment process. They can even view all historical purchases and existing subscriptions and update their eWallet.

iPayment is designed to be used ‘in-line’ with your existing purchase process. There is no need for complex scripting or programming as this is all done for you. The iPayment pages themselves can be branded to your website, or even completely redesigned to fit your exact look and feel. This means that even if you do not want to embed it into your website using the iPay Developer API toolkit, the same payment functionality can be used as seamlessly as possible. You can even place the iPayment pages within an iFrame on your site meaning that your customers never leave your website URL.

Data Ownership

The financial and transaction history, together with the customer database, belongs to you. You would have direct access to the MPP's 'Management Console' in order to review statistics, customer and transaction history, so you can manage your eCommerce strategies based on the analysis of reports and statistics provided by the MPP platform.

Customers can also be pushed information through the Management Console. For example, you could advise of new content or offers to a customer's email or mobile phone. Customers need only reply to the text or enter their password within the email to complete a purchase. Communicating and interacting directly with customers has never been easier.
