We only employ the best Digital Rights Management software so that your (or your supplier's) content is only delivered once, to the correct person and ensuring that your content cannot be forward to unauthorised users.

Your Look and Feel

If you decide to use MPP's off-the-shelf digital shop, we will re-brand the service to your exact design requirements. You simply provide us with stylesheets and images that you wish to use and MPP will do the rest.

Customer Ownership

The entire financial, transaction history and, of course, the customer is 100% yours to own. MPP simply provide our technology to clients. You have direct access through our administrators 'Management Console' to view all statistics, customers and transaction history. This way, you can cater your digital content towards customer trends, adapting your online business.

Users can also be pushed information through the Management Console. For example, you can advise of new content or product offers to a customer's email or mobile phone. Customers need to just reply to the text or enter their 4 digit PIN within the email to complete a purchase, creating two new sales channels. Communicating and transacting directly with your customers has never been easier.

Email And SMS Engine

iShop comes with an email and SMS engine enabling you to send quick cost-effective communication to all users, or a segmented group. Our email and SMS gateways enable promotions and marketing to all or a targeted segment of your account holders.

Your Customers - Your Data

Your customer's data is accessible from a secure online Customer Management system. This can be used for detailed analysis, download or to send targeted email and SMS marketing and sales promotions.

Simple To Add To Existing Systems

iShop will process your customer's payment, using their encrypted payment details. We verify whether the transaction was successful, so you can fulfil the purchase safe in the knowledge that funds have been received in your merchant account.

If you do not currently request customer data and provide personalisation, you may decide to create iShop accounts for your customers, with information such as log-in details, email, mobile phone number, name and address. Once an iShop account is set-up, your users are 'one-click' away from repeated purchases from your site.

Account data may be downloaded to your own systems such as CRM software and email/SMS communication tools. Whatever systems you may have in place, iShop is designed to compliment them.
