Software Implementation Consultant

Following continued success and growth we are seeking a focused Software Implementation Consultant.  Taking full ownership of developing implementation plans for our clients by understanding their requirements. Working with an already established and growing Technical team, the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for the delivery of best practice across the business.

Summary of Role

  • Management through the full life cycle of Implementation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our key clients and have a clear understanding of their needs
  • Develop and introduce clear communication channels
  • Work within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Develop project plans and identify key objectives and resources
  • Identify manage and action risk
  • Escalating issues appropriately and prioritising response
  • Develop strategies for the improvement of implementation process services and standards
  • Ascertain types of products and services required by clients
  • Conduct face to face meetings, telephone and mail communication with clients

Key Skills & Experience

  • Confident and comfortable within in a client facing environment
  • Organised approach to workload with demonstrable skill
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with training
  • A good level of technical understanding
  • The ability to travel throughout Europe and some Worldwide travel
  • Good knowledge of Windows server 2008 including Active Directory
  • Exposure to SQL Server 2008
