Sky’s the Limit
BSkyB is celebrating the amazing milestone of achieving its target of 10 million customers – with two months to spare.
Back in 2004, it seemed a pretty bold ambition by Sky to say it would hit the target by the end of 2010, but despite the odds, and a recession, it has made it.
MPP Global has worked closely with Sky on a range of partnerships and what is abundantly clear is that it really gets how eCommerce can work across its business channels.
It understands how eCommerce can not only keep customers, but also attract new customers through TV, internet and mobile.
Current Chief Executive Jeremy Darroch put much of the success down to the organisation’s “constant appetite for change.”
As they have 10 million customers… they are definitely doing something right.
