Freeloader, the UK’s leading computer games digital distribution companies with over 1 million registered users, is pleased to announce its partnership with MPP Global, the leading payment solutions provider to leading websites from the world of sport, media and entertainment, for its recently re-launched website (www.freeloader.com).

Freeloader’s new look games subscription service enables customers to pay yearly or monthly for the service, which incorporates products from leading publishers such as Take2 Interactive, Midas Interactive and includes classic titles such as Grand Theft Auto 2, Superbike Challenge and Spec Ops 2.

Customers can upgrade subscription tiers and purchase new releases by utilising the Freeloader-branded eWallet system. Customers then only need to provide payment details once and then repeatedly transact using their chosen 4 digit PIN.

“Freeloader have exciting plans to generate revenue from their content through subscription and downloads. MPP Global enables them to maximise revenues with the eWallet and transact repeatedly with their loyal customer base”, stated Kevin Beales, MPP Global’s Business Development Manager.

Marc Cance, Freeloader’s CTO, says, “The decision to use MPP Global was taken due to the vast expertise they have in payment systems and their client list speaks for itself with some of the leading Premiership clubs and other media and entertainment companies in the UK. The solution was extremely flexible to work with and gives us scope to offer so much more to our customer base in the future.”
