SF Anytime, the leading video-on-demand service in Scandinavia, has selected MPP Global’s cloud platform, eSuite, for its multiscreen OTT service.

Part of AB Svensk Filmindustri and the Bonnier Group, SF Anytime operates throughout the Nordic countries and offers a wide range of films, from the latest Hollywood blockbusters to critically acclaimed quality films and kids movies. As broadcast and digital continue to converge, SF Anytime is offering a broader range of services. The operator has aspired to develop an enhanced customer experience by offering its consumers access to its video-on-demand service across multiscreen, both as TVOD and also in the near future as SVOD and EST.
Advanced CRM & eCommerce
SF Anytime required a proven and successful platform and looked to MPP Global due to their experience and innovation in delivering the only fully integrated Identity Management, CRM and eCommerce platform, eSuite, designed for the media and entertainment industry. With this complete out-of-the-box solution, SF Anytime can deploy a more scalable service without the need for extensive customisation or bespoke development.

Adapting to Consumer Demands
Already offering its OTT service on a TVOD basis, SF Anytime has since grown its offerings to include an SVOD kids proposition. This decision sees SF Anytime now offering a hybrid service which, along with the launch of SF Anytime Kids, will help the company to target a broader range of customers from the reliable subscriber to the pay-as-you-go consumer.
With MPP Global PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance, eSuite enables SF Anytime to transmit, process and – crucially – store payment data, which enables ongoing recurring subscriptions to be tokenised without touching the consumers and also provide one-click transactions. This functionality enables the company to offer its customers a quick and easy experience every time they return to the service.
