MPP Global has been included as a “vertical specialist” in Forrester’s report, Now Tech: Recurring Customer and Billing Management, Q4 2019.  

Forrester is one of the most influential research and advisory firms in the world. They have released their Now Tech report to help digital business strategy professionals understand the value they can expect from a recurring customer and billing management provider and assist in selecting vendors based on various criteria. 

The report has been authored by Lily Varon, a Forrester analyst serving eBusiness and channel strategy professionals, who specializes in the strategies and technologies that firms need to win, serve, and retain customers in the age of digital business, including recurring customer and billing management.  

One of the key takeaways from the report was that businesses can improve their agility and customer experiences with flexible billing technology, pointing out how crucial that is in an environment where recurring payments are becoming the norm and the line between B2B and B2C is getting ever more blurred.

In turn, billing technology is becoming more flexible in order to serve these recurring revenue B2Any businesses. Digital business strategy pros finally are waking up to the long-term high value of flexible billing technology as a tool in their arsenal to win, serve, and retain customers, the report continues.
